Where are my Socks?
A downloadable game for Windows

Meet Matt, a cheerful little guy with a big problem: his socks keep vanishing!
Every time he does laundry, the same thing happens… only one sock from each pair comes back.
He’s checked, double-checked, and triple-checked, ... but the washing machine just won’t cooperate.
One day, Matt decides he’s had enough!
Determined to solve the mystery once and for all, he climbs into the washing machine…
What secrets lie inside?
Where are his socks going?
And what strange world awaits beyond the drum?

"Where are my Socks?" is a game born from a 3-day game jam and is our first ever Game we’ve made!
We've always wanted to make our own games, and a jam is the perfect way to learn everything hands-on.
Whether a 3-day deadline was a bit too ambitious... well, that’s up for debate. 😅
Thanks to the time crunch, what we’ve built is more of a prototype — but one we’re really proud of!
It was a ton of fun to create, and it definitely won’t be our last game.
(Though for now, I need to give my hand a break — all that drawing took its toll!)
The Jam Theme was: Mystery

🎵
Feshbread created the super cool soundtrack for the game using Ableton – and even provided us with some extra sound effects!
🛠️
Temmey took care of all the programming in Godot, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible in 3 days.
🎨
Jirby was in charge of the story and all the art.
She created the pixel art in Aseprite and pieced together the intro using DaVinci Resolve.
Note: The game isn’t finished yet.
Right now, it plays more like a side-scroller than the point & click adventure we originally had in mind.
But hey — this was our very first time making a game (in just 3 days!) and we had an absolute blast working on it!
Who knows? Maybe we’ll keep developing it and finally add all the quests and puzzles we dreamed up!
Thanks for playing 💜
